脉络宁注射液系由中药玄参、牛膝等药物经化学提取后制成的复方注射液。我院使用中发现1例过敏反应,报道如下。 患者男性,65a。因右侧上下肢活动不便3d,于1992年3月18日入院。既往有青霉素过敏史。查体:BP21.3/13.3kPa(160/100mmHg),神志清,言语不流利,右侧鼻唇沟变浅,右上肢肌力Ⅱ级,右下肢肌力Ⅲ级,右侧肢体肌腱反射活跃,右侧霍夫曼
