黄河河道,尤其下游河道,形态多样,其整治工程也尤为复杂。虽然近几年我国河道管护水平日益提高,但在黄河下游,一旦出现中常洪水,下游的河道工程多道坝岸都容易遭受险情,不时还有重大险情发生。对此,我们虽然不能完全避免出现险情,但可以通过分析研究河道工程的常见险情,根据不同的险情类型、出现险情的可能性和险情程度,一一进行分析并提出对策,采取抢护措施,以减少国家的财产损失和人员伤亡。
