目的分析云南省7~18岁汉族学生人口学因素、形态结构与肺活量水平之间的关系,并构建解释模型,为提高学生的生长发育和体质健康水平提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,对云南省7 195名7~18岁汉族学生进行身高、体重、肺活量测量,并采用多元回归分析构建路径模型。结果年龄、城乡、片区因素对体质量指数(BMI)指数有显著预测作用;年龄、性别和BMI指数对肺活量指数有显著预测作用,模型中人口统计学因素对BMI指数的解释量为34.7%,对肺活量指数的解释量为33.6%。结论形态结构对肺活量水平具有显著的负向影响效应,年龄、城乡、地区因素在形态结构与肺活量水平关系中具有显著作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between demographic factors, morphological structure and vital capacity of Han students aged 7-18 years in Yunnan Province and to establish an explanatory model to provide evidence for improving the students’ growth and physical fitness. Methods The stratified random cluster sampling method was used to measure the height, weight and vital capacity of 7 195 Han students aged 7-18 years in Yunnan Province. Multivariate regression analysis was used to construct the path model. Results Age, urban and rural areas and regional factors had significant predictive value on body mass index (BMI). Age, gender and BMI index had significant predictive value on vital capacity index. The demographic factors in the model explained 34.7% of the BMI index, The volume of interpretation of vital capacity was 33.6%. Conclusion Morphological structure has a significant negative effect on vital capacity. Age, urban and rural areas and regional factors play a significant role in the relationship between the morphological structure and vital capacity.
