在分析现存技术文件编制过程中出现问题的基础上,将知识管理SECI模型和全寿命周期管理的理念引入到技术文件模板的管理中。通过模板实践工作的探索,创建了一套以信息化平台为手段的新型技术文件管理模式。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the compilation of technical documents, the concept of knowledge management SECI model and life cycle management was introduced into the management of technical document templates. Through the exploration of template practice, a set of new technical document management mode based on information platform has been established.
