王崇伦,1927年7月2日出生,辽宁省辽阳县人。1952年5月加入中国共产党。历任鞍钢机修总厂四机修厂刨工、组长、车间副主任,北部机修厂副厂长,鞍钢工会主席,鞍钢党委常委、革委会副主任,中华全国总工会副主席、书记处书记,哈尔滨市委副书记等职。先后当选为第一至第五届全国人大代表,中共十二届中央委员会委员,七届全国政协委员。1952年,鞍钢机修总厂四机修厂工具车间承担着为军队加工飞机副油箱拉杆的任务。起初,铣床每次只能铣一根拉杆,需耗时半个多小时,而且废品率高。王祟伦经过几天的苦战,设计并制造出一套利用刨床加工拉杆的特殊卡具,不仅能一次加工4根拉杆,时
