观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对大鼠根尖周炎的作用效应并探讨其可能的作用机制。将48只诱导性根尖周炎大鼠随机分为3组,根管机械预备后即刻分别充填SOD和氢氧化钙(CH)以及空白封闭,分别于术后1、2、3、5周各处死4只;所有动物处死后拍摄根尖周X线片并制作组织学切片。实验数据采用SPSS12.0软件包进行单因素方差分析和配对t检验。SOD组和CH组在根管充填术后1周根尖周都有轻度炎性细胞浸润,2周时根尖周炎症好转,3周后已无明显炎症细胞存在。3周和5周时,SOD/CH组根尖周间隙与正常组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),与对照组比较阴影面积有显著差异(P<0.01)。实验结果表明,SOD能消除根尖周炎症和促进根尖周硬组织修复,是生物相容性较好的根管治疗药物。
To observe the effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on periapical periodontitis in rats and to explore its possible mechanism. Forty-eight induced periapical periodontitis rats were randomly divided into three groups. After root canal preparation, SOD and calcium hydroxide (CH) were filled in immediately after mechanical preparation, and were blankly closed. The rats were sacrificed at 1, 2, 3 and 5 weeks after operation 4; all animals were sacrificed after the shooting periapical X-ray film and make histological sections. The experimental data using SPSS12.0 package for single-factor analysis of variance and paired t test. In the SOD group and the CH group, mild inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in the apical week 1 week after root canal filling. Periapicalis inflammation improved after 2 weeks, and no obvious inflammatory cells existed after 3 weeks. At 3 weeks and 5 weeks, there was no significant difference in the periapical space between the SOD / CH group and the normal group (P> 0.05), and the shadow area was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.01). Experimental results show that, SOD can eliminate periapical inflammation and promote periapical hard tissue repair, is a good biocompatible root canal therapy drugs.
