以房庄村能源生态工程建设为例，论述能源生态与农业现代化和农村现代化的关系，指出能源生态工程是农业现代化的基础和重要组成部分，并提出四点建设性的工作意见。
Taking Fangzhuang Village as an example, this paper discusses the relationship between energy ecology and agricultural modernization and rural modernization. It points out that eco-energy engineering is the foundation and an important part of agricultural modernization and proposes four constructive suggestions.
