有时候,“鱼和熊掌”是不可兼得的。如何处理名与利、事业与企业、文化与商务的矛盾,是社长工作的一个永恒主题。作为国营出版社的负责人,理当多一点人文关怀,多一点社会责任感与文化使命感,上不负列祖列宗,下不愧对子孙后代。今天,当整个书业世俗之风、商业气息日渐浓厚之时,作为职业出版人的我辈当考量,几十上百年之后,我们是否为民族、为历史留下了一点什么。
