唐山市建设集团有限责任公司,近两年由于受国家经济结构调整、基建规模压缩和内部机构改革等因素影响,企业下岗职工有千余人。面对严峻的形势,集团公司党委知难而进,把安置好下岗职工、实现再就业作为各级党组织当前的头等大事来抓。加强领导,有情管理。集团公司各级党组织对下岗职工在政治上关心,生活上照顾,做到下岗无情,管理有情。一是机构、人员落实。公司成立了再就业工作管理委员会,公司和下属单位建立再就业服务中心,各级党组织主要领导直接参与再就业服务工作的领导。二是党组织建设落实。该公司在具备条件的再就业服务中心都建立了党支部,加强对下岗职工党员的思想教育和日常管理,帮助他们带头更新观念,树立信心,选准再就业路子。三是责任落实。公司党组织充分发挥群团组织的作用,把责任落实到
