医院的检验科室在整个基层医院的医疗环境都占有十分重要的地位,因此,国家对这方面也十分重视,卫生部也出台了相关的法律法规,以起到不断提升其服务质量的作用,但对于基层医院的管理者来说,在遵循法律的基础上,还需要结合自身的具体情况来制定相应的管理制度。本文就针对这一问题提出了相应的应对措施,主要包括以下方面,即加强科室文化建设、加强科室质量管理、加强科室安全管理、强化科室服务意识以及加强科室的内涵建设。
