目的建立通络醒脑泡腾片中4种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相法(RP-HPLC),分析柱:Wondasil C18-WR色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速控制在1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温35℃。结果阿魏酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、藁本内酯线性范围分别为1.79~16.10ng、95.30~857.66ng、18.31~164.76ng、13.52~121.65ng;加样回收率分别为93.07%(RSD=1.18%)、101.64%(RSD=0.89%)、100.32%(RSD=0.98%)、95.59%(RSD=2.25%)。结论所建立的方法简便,准确,快速,可用于通络醒脑泡腾片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of four components in Tongluo Xingnao effervescent tablets. Methods RP-HPLC was used. The analytical column was a Wondasil C18-WR column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The flow rate was controlled at 1.0ml / min, detection wavelength of 280nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results The linear ranges of ferulic acid, baicalin, baicalin and ligustilide were 1.79 ~ 16.10ng, 95.30 ~ 857.66ng, 18.31 ~ 164.76ng and 13.52 ~ 121.65ng, respectively. The recoveries were 93.07% = 1.18%), 101.64% (RSD = 0.89%), 100.32% (RSD = 0.98%), 95.59% (RSD = 2.25%). Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used for quality control of Tongluo Xingnao effervescent tablets.
