目的:探索皂角刺总黄酮对肝癌细胞体内外抑制作用。方法:采用不同剂量的皂角刺总黄酮对肝癌细胞的体外敏感性;对荷瘤小鼠进行体内实验,观察该提取物对肝癌细胞生长的抑制情况。结果:体外实验2.0-0.75mg/ml浓度下皂角刺总黄酮对其增殖有明显的抑制作用,体内实验50、100和150mg/kg剂量分别对荷瘤小鼠生命延长率分别为50.2%、67.2%和74.6%,抑瘤率分别达到55.3%、55.4%和60.3%。结论:皂刺总黄酮在体内外具有明显抑制肝癌细胞的作用。该实验结果为将来皂刺总黄酮应用于临床提供了理论依据。
Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of total flavonoids from Gleditsia sinensis on hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The sensitivities of total flavonoids of Gleditsia sinensis to hepatocarcinoma cells were tested in different doses. In vivo experiments were carried out on the tumor-bearing mice to observe the inhibitory effect of the extracts on the growth of hepatoma cells. RESULTS: Total flavonoids of Grifola frondosa had a significant inhibitory effect on proliferation in vitro at the concentration of 2.0-0.75 mg / ml. The in vivo experiments showed that the 50, 100 and 150 mg / 67.2% and 74.6%, respectively. The tumor inhibition rates reached 55.3%, 55.4% and 60.3% respectively. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of barbed sting can inhibit hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo. The experimental results provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of soapstone total flavonoids.
