对三种不同种间杂交模式及其16个组合的山—欧杂交后代果实的总酸含量进行了测定分析。结果表明:各组合间存在显著性差异,不同模式的总酸含量也不相同。在AA×BB中,母本相同(左山二),父本为成熟期不同的欧亚种,其杂交后代的果实平均总酸含量与父本的成熟期之间存在极显著的正相关。
The total acid content of the fruits of three hybrids and their 16 combinations were determined. The results showed that there was a significant difference among all combinations, and the total acid content of different patterns was also different. In AA × BB, the female parents had the same female parent (Zusanli), and the male parent was the Eurasian male with different maturity. There was a significant positive correlation between the average total acid content of the hybrids and the maturity of the male parent.
