用不同剂量的母牛分支杆菌制剂免疫BALB/c小鼠,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的水平,结果显示受免疫小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生H_2O_2水平明显高于未免疫小鼠(P<0.01)。不同剂量母牛分支杆菌制剂免疫的BALB/c小鼠,腹腔巨噬细胞产生的H_2O_2水平差异不显著(P>O.1)。认为,母牛分支杆菌制剂作为结核病免疫治疗剂,其作用之一是活化巨噬细胞产生H_2O_2,从而达到杀菌目的。
BALB / c mice were immunized with various doses of Mycobacterium vaccae preparations to detect the level of H 2 O 2 produced by peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that the level of H_2O_2 in peritoneal macrophages of immunized mice was significantly higher than that of the control Mice were immunized (P <0.01). The BALB / c mice immunized with different doses of Mycobacterium vaccae produced no significant difference in the level of H_2O_2 produced by peritoneal macrophages (P> O.1). It is considered that the mycobacterium vaccae preparation can be used as an immunotherapeutic agent for tuberculosis. One of its functions is to activate macrophages to produce H 2 O 2 so as to achieve the purpose of bacteriostasis.
