In the recent two years from 2009 to 2010, we tracked the life stories of two Miao women, Li Maolan and Yang Mei, in Zhaoyong Village, Taishi Township, Rongjiang County. They tracked their interaction with the cities and their interactions with each other in an attempt to find ways in their traditional handicrafts - - Batik discovers the true world of life in the process of communication, dialogue and trade with merchants, picking up a real life image in a fragmented era. They are the typical characters who walk from the villages into the cities and wander the villages and cities in the context of modernization.
