我院自1998年9月至2009年7月共收治心脏恶性肿瘤患者11例,现报告如下。1临床资料全组11例,其中男8例,女3例。年龄36~70岁,平均45.7岁。发病时间3~13个月,平均4.25个月。全组患者均有不同程度的心慌、气短、胸闷、头晕症状。同时伴咯血者1例,咳嗽、声音嘶哑1例,伴有面部及双上肢浮肿,颈静脉怒张等上腔静脉综合征表现者1例,体位改变导致诱发症状加重或
