粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块是一种轻质墙体材料,具有良好的隔热性能,施工较为简便,但由于砌块强度等级低、吸水率高、收缩变形大,墙体裂缝引起渗漏、开裂现象经常发生。因此,本文通过分析粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块墙体裂缝的产生原因及特征,针对其防治措施,以某住宅小区为例进行探讨,以期通过本文的阐述有效根治墙体开裂的质量通病。
The fly ash aerated concrete block is a kind of lightweight wall material, with good thermal insulation performance, and the construction is relatively simple. However, due to the low strength class, high water absorption rate and large shrinkage deformation of the block, the wall cracks cause leakage. Cracking often occurs. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of cracks in fly ash aerated concrete block walls, and discusses a residential area as an example for its prevention and control measures, with a view to effectively managing the quality defects of wall cracks.
