杭州重型机械厂生产的W2002型电铲的操纵系统是利用压缩空气,但主卷扬的制动是用脚力踩踏油缸活塞,形成液压,推动制动杠杆。主卷扬的左抱闸控制铲杆的伸缩,右抱闸控制铲斗的高低,需经常操作,每班需踩动百多次。脚踏板必须用很大的力,司机劳动强度很大。我们改用气动助力,在活塞的压杆上加装一套气动助力器,使操作强度大大减轻。以前曾改用风动操作,由于动作过猛,不平稳,不安全,未成功。这次采用气动助力,而不直接用压气制动,油缸活塞可停在任意位置,与原来操作时一样平稳,只是气动助力,脚踏用
The operating system of the W2002 electric shovel produced by the Hangzhou Heavy Machinery Plant uses compressed air, but the main winch brake uses foot force to step on the piston of the fuel cylinder to form hydraulic pressure and push the brake lever. Each shift needs to be stepped more than a hundred times. The foot pedal must use a lot of force and the driver has a lot of labor. We used pneumatic boosting to install a pneumatic booster on the plunger of the piston, which greatly reduced the operating strength. In the past, wind operation was used instead. Due to excessive movement, it was unstable, unsafe, and unsuccessful. This time using pneumatic assistance, instead of using direct pressure brake, the piston of the fuel cylinder can be stopped at any position, and it is as smooth as the original operation, but it is only pneumatically assisted.
