目的 研究 2型糖尿病 (2型 DM)家系一级亲非 DM同胞的血脂变化。方法 收集江浙籍 2型 DM家系 32 0个。在排除 DM和糖耐量减退 (IGT)的前提下 ,选择先证者同胞为观察组 (347例 ) ,先证者或其同胞的配偶为对照组 (32 6例 ) ,并按年龄和 BMI分成亚组 ,进行血脂水平比较。结果 2型 DM家系一级亲非 DM同胞 TG、TC、L DL水平升高 ,HDL水平降低 ,年龄超过 40岁以后尤其明显。结论 2型 DM家系一级亲在糖耐量正常的情况下血脂已开始变化 ,对该糖尿病高危人群尚应进行血脂监测以利早期防治。
Objective To study the changes of blood lipids in first-degree non-DM sib families with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods A total of 32 2 DM families were collected from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Under the premise of excluding DM and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), the proband’s sibs were selected as the observation group (347 cases), the proband’s or his sibling’s spouse as the control group (326 cases) and according to the age and BMI Subgroups were compared for lipid levels. Results The level of TG, TC and L-DL in first-degree non-DM sib-2 type 2 DM family members increased and the level of HDL decreased, especially after the age over 40 years. Conclusion Type 2 DM family first-degree relatives in the case of normal glucose tolerance has begun to change blood lipids, high-risk groups should also be conducted for blood lipid monitoring in early prevention and treatment.
