详细描述ＳＰＷＭ－ＩＧＢＴ变频器主电路、ＳＰＷＭ波生成电路及故障自诊断系统的结构，并简要介绍了由１６位８０９８单片机与大规模专用集成电路ＳＬＥ４５２０组成的ＳＰＷＭ波生成电路。
The structure of SPWM-IGBT frequency converter main circuit, SPWM wave generating circuit and fault self-diagnosis system are described in detail. The SPWM wave generating circuit consisting of 16-bit 8098 single-chip microcomputer and large-scale ASIC SLE4520 is introduced briefly.
