本文报导111例大白鼠左室心肌收缩性能指标的测定结果。81例正常大白鼠在乌拉坦麻醉下闭胸经颈动脉行左室插管,测得dp/dt max为6771.5±122.43毫米汞柱/秒(±SE,下同),t-dp/dtmax为25.7±0.54毫秒,V max为6.27±0.09肌长度/秒,雌雄间无显著差别。Vmax与dp/dtmax高度相关(r=0.83,P<0.0005),而与心率、平均动脉压,左室舒张末压等均无相关。其中6例静注心得安0.5 mg/kg后主要收缩性能指标均阵低。另30例大白鼠用箭毒2 mg/kg腹腔注射后,除动脉舒张压无明显变化外,各项指标也都有显著降低。本文提示Vmax与dp/dtmax为反映大白鼠心肌收缩性较好的指标。所得大白鼠左室收缩性能指标的正常值可供实验时参考。
This article reports 111 cases of left ventricular systolic performance measurements in rats. Eighty-one normal rats underwent transurethral intubation through the carotid artery under urethane anesthesia. The measured dp / dt max was 6771.5 ± 122.43 mmHg / s (± SE, the same below) and the t-dp / dtmax was 25.7 ± 0.54 milliseconds, V max was 6.27 ± 0.09 muscle length / second, there was no significant difference between male and female. Vmax was highly correlated with dp / dtmax (r = 0.83, P <0.0005), but not with heart rate, mean arterial pressure, and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure. 6 cases of intravenous injection of 0.5 mg / kg main shrinkage index were low. The other 30 rats with arrow poison 2 mg / kg intraperitoneal injection, in addition to no significant change in arterial diastolic pressure, the indicators also have significantly reduced. This paper suggests that Vmax and dp / dtmax reflect the rat myocardial contractility better indicators. The normal rat left ventricular systolic performance index obtained for the experimental reference.
