P2P技术的发展与广泛应用,改善了信息传播的方式,正深刻影响着人们的社会生活。然而,它在给人们带来便利的同时,也引发了著作权的侵权问题。P2P技术引发的著作权侵权不仅侵犯了著作权人的合法权益,也对网络服务提供者和网络用户的利益造成影响。本文主要通过分析P2P技术引发的著作权侵权责任,从而提出走出困境的思路。
The development and widespread application of P2P technology has improved the way of information dissemination and is deeply affecting people’s social life. However, it brings convenience to people as well as infringement of copyright. Copyright infringement triggered by P2P technology not only infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners, but also affects the interests of network service providers and network users. This article mainly analyzes the liability of copyright infringement caused by P2P technology, and puts forward the idea of getting out of the predicament.
