荧光偏振免疫分析法(TDX仪)测定儿童苯巴比妥血药浓度308例,采用Foxbase+建立数据库辅助分析,结果表明不同年龄苯巴比妥的血药浓度与剂量比有一定差异;抗癫痫治疗浓度不必过份强调低限:苯巴比妥体内过程的个体差异较大,通过治疗药物监测有助于个体化给药、鉴别诊断和了解病人的依从性,以更好地发挥抗癫痫药的作用。
