荧光偏振免疫分析法（ＴＤＸ仪）测定儿童苯巴比妥血药浓度３０８例，采用Ｆｏｘｂａｓｅ＋建立数据库辅助分析，结果表明不同年龄苯巴比妥的血药浓度与剂量比有一定差异；抗癫痫治疗浓度不必过份强调低限：苯巴比妥体内过程的个体差异较大，通过治疗药物监测有助于个体化给药、鉴别诊断和了解病人的依从性，以更好地发挥抗癫痫药的作用。
