提出了带薄壁钢箱梁的流线型梁桥。为了解决日益严重的交通拥堵问题,桥的宽跨比很大,这会引起剪滞效应和3圈薄壁箱梁的非均匀应力分布,尤其是沿梁的法兰方向。通过试验及数值分析研究大宽跨比的薄壁箱梁桥的剪滞效应。对不同荷载条件下的大型有机玻璃模型进行了试验。从物理属性和拉伸试验中获取材料参数。另外,提出了全面模拟梁桥的计算模型,包括正交异性顶、底、网板和其肋,它能准确模拟梁的结构特性。计算模型的模拟结果与试验结果很吻合,这表明了有限元分析能有效研究这类桥梁的特性。
A streamlined beam bridge with thin-walled steel box girder is proposed. In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion, the bridge has a large span-to-span ratio, which causes shearing effects and non-uniform stress distribution in three laps of thin-walled box girders, especially along the flange of the beam. The shear lag effect of the thin-walled box girder bridge with large span ratio is studied through the experiment and numerical analysis. The large-scale plexiglass model under different loading conditions was tested. Obtain material parameters from physical properties and tensile tests. In addition, the calculation model of fully simulated beam bridge is proposed, which includes the top and bottom of orthogonality, the net plate and its rib, which can exactly simulate the structural characteristics of the beam. The simulation results of the calculation model are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the finite element analysis can effectively study the characteristics of such bridges.
