飞机装配工艺设计需要大量借鉴以往机型的设计方案。对设计知识的重用是提高飞机装配工艺设计效率的有效保障。研究装配单元划分知识表示与重用技术,提出一种基于实例的航空产品装配单元划分设计方法,通过对装配单元划分知识的组织构造装配单元划分实例模型,采用基于相似度的实例检索算法,通过实例的检索获得符合设计要求的最佳匹配实例。以某机型机翼梁为例进行算法验证。
Aircraft assembly process design requires a lot of reference from previous models of design. The reuse of design knowledge is an effective guarantee to improve the design efficiency of aircraft assembly process. Aiming at the knowledge representation and reuse technology of assembly unit division, this paper proposes an instance-based design method of assembly division of aero product assembly unit. By dividing the assembly model of assembly unit into four parts, the case retrieval model based on similarity is adopted, Get the best matching instance that meets the design requirements. Take a model aircraft wing beam as an example to verify the algorithm.
