近三年来,在原包皮环切除术的基础上,采用“U”型缝线牵引,行包皮环切除术24例,取得了满意的效果,其方法介绍如下:局麻后,用血管钳提起包皮系带缘部,用小三角针1号线,在预切除阴茎系带处内板进针,穿过外板,再从内板出针,做一“U”型缝合。然后分别在阴茎背部及两侧,距冠状沟0.5cm 处,自内板进针穿过外板,再从内板出针,做三个“U”字缝合,缝线均打一结留做牵引,每针距约0.5cm。在上述缝线的对应远端包皮缘,夹四把止血
