我队自1956年使用硬質合金钎头凿岩以来,在提高生产效率上起了决定性作用,但在使用上亦存在不少问题。茲根据几年來的經驗教訓,將钎头的各类質量事故作如下分析。一、鑲焊研磨方面我队曾由于設备不全,以及硬質合金片和钎子褲在采購供应上的困难,因而过去的硬質合金釺头在鑲焊研磨質量上存在着很多問题。如脫片、崩刃、碎片、褲断等现象时常发生。经不断摸索改进,并采取各种措施克服了設备不足等等困难,逐步提高了質量,保証了生产需要。 1.脱片:
