细菌室间质量控制目的是为了解各级医院的检测水平。为作好细菌学室间质控,首先应做好室内质量控制,其次应根据不同标本来源选择培养基和培养条件,尽可能使病源菌培养出来,同时对致病菌进行鉴定和观察细菌生长特点;革兰染色涂片细菌必须处于对数生长期,关键的生化试验要准确,细菌生长缓慢生化反应应多观察几天;做药敏时要注意细菌的耐药性。总之,细菌室间质量控制必须运用逻辑思维把理论和实验结果综合分析才能做正确。
The purpose of bacterial inter-compartment quality control is to understand the level of detection at all levels of hospitals. In order to make a bacteriological intercompartmental quality control, indoor quality control should be performed first, followed by selection of culture medium and culture conditions according to the source of different specimens, as much as possible to enable pathogenic bacteria to be cultivated, and to identify pathogenic bacteria and observe bacterial growth. Characteristics; Gram stain smear bacteria must be in the logarithmic growth phase, the key biochemical tests to be accurate, slow bacterial growth and biochemical reactions should be observed for several days; do drug sensitivity should pay attention to bacterial resistance. In short, the control of bacterial inter-compartmental quality must use logical thinking to analyze the theory and experimental results in order to be correct.
