计量是企业生产、经营及研发创新过程中不可缺少的重要基础工作。具体作用有三个方面:首先它是质量管理体系的关键要素,产品质量实现必不可少的手段;其次它是企业生产经营过程中的关键工序,最后它是企业经济核算的重要工具(由于我在《瑞气报》第三十二期的《浅议计量管理的重要性》中已经做了详细的论述,这里不再赘述)。那么对于这样一个重要的基础工作,我们怎样把它做好呢?我觉得在实施相关标准时应该以质量管理八项原则作为依据。
Measurement is an indispensable important basic work in the process of enterprise production, operation and R & D and innovation. The specific role of the three aspects: First, it is the key elements of quality management system, product quality to achieve an essential means; secondly, it is the key process of production and operation of enterprises, and finally it is an important tool for business accounting (as I “Rui Qi Bao,” the thirty-second period “on the importance of measurement management” has done a detailed discussion, not repeat them here.) So for such an important basic work, how do we do it? I think the implementation of the relevant standards should be based on the eight principles of quality management as the basis.
