黑木耳是一种食用和药用价值很高的食用菌.近年来,国内采用代料栽培已获得成功.据报道,木屑栽培的生物学效率为50~70%;棉籽壳栽培的生物学效率为60~80%,蔗渣栽培的生物学效率只有30%左右,产量很低.为了充分利用我省丰富的蔗渣资源,提高蔗渣栽培黑木耳的产量,我们对蔗渣袋栽黑木耳的配方做了研究,并获得了显著效果.试验结果,蔗渣92%、麦麸5%、白糖1%、碳酸钙1%、尿素0.5%组的产量最高,平均生物学效率达84.1%,比不加尿素的蔗渣常规配方组增产15.0%,比木屑组增产92.0%,增产效果更为显著.从新配方试验结果表
