旅游管理专业本科生在旅行社行业就业率偏低,不能满足旅行社对高层次人才的大量需求,严重制约了本行业的深层次发展。文章以长株潭高校旅游管理专业学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,重点调查旅游管理专业本科生对旅行社行业的就业意愿、职业认知及对自身就业能力的评估,并从旅行社、学生和高校角度提出改进对策,以期提高本科生在旅行社行业的就业率。
Tourism Management undergraduates in the travel industry employment rate is too low, can not meet the travel demand for high-level personnel in large quantities, has seriously hampered the industry’s deep-seated development. The article takes the tourism management major students in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as the investigation object, and adopts the questionnaire survey method to investigate the employment preference, career cognition and employment ability of tourism management undergraduates in the travel agency industry. And from the travel agencies, students and Colleges and universities put forward improvement measures, with a view to improving the employment rate of undergraduates in the travel agency industry.
