The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period is a major strategic opportunity for procuratorial organs to fully perform their procuratorial functions and further promote the three key tasks. They have also made great efforts in the law enforcement objectives of public prosecutorial work in resolving social conflicts (referred to as “public prosecution to resolve social conflicts”) and Methodology in-depth re-understanding of its basic issues to do a systematic exploration of great significance.
