电网调度作为地区电网的生产指挥中心,调度工作的安全与否直接关于电网设备的安全运行。调度的主要任务是指挥电网的运行操作和事故处理,本文讲述了电网调度运行安全的危险点预控的问题。运行操作的危险点分析结合检修停电单和工作的许可终结、设备倒闸操作来展开;事故处理作为调度工作的难点,其危险点分析要从信息汇报、故障点判断和恢复送电几方面考虑。
