目的研究中西医结合治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将2014年11月至2015年12月我院收治的116例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各58例。对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上运用自拟中药方治疗,6周后统计2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.38%,对照组为72.41%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(χ2=7.035 6,P<0.05);治疗后2组肌酸激酶(CK-MB),羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)水平均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组CK-MB,HBDH水平降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组的每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、射血分数(LVEF)均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组升高幅度大于对照组,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎临床疗效显著,可明显降低心肌酶水平,增强心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 116 children with acute viral myocarditis admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group’s treatment method. After 6 weeks, the clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 91.38% in the treatment group and 72.41% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was statistically analyzed (χ2 = 7.0356, P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of creatine kinase (CK MB and HBDH decreased significantly compared with the same group before treatment (P <0.05), and after treatment, the levels of CK-MB and HBDH in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO) and ejection fraction (LVEF) were significantly increased in both groups after treatment, which were significantly different from those before treatment P <0.05). After treatment, the increase rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative medicine treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis significant clinical effect, can significantly reduce the level of myocardial enzymes, enhance cardiac function, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
