目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)在肝硬化门脉高压性肠道功能异常中可能的作用。方法:用依赖还原性辅酶Ⅱ硫辛酰胺脱氢酶(NADPH-diaphorase,NADPH-d)组织化学方法对正常及肝硬化大鼠结肠与回肠内一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)进行定位研究,并用图像测量方法对两组大鼠肠壁内 NOS 进行定量分析。结果:肝硬化大鼠结肠及回肠壁内 NOS阳性纤维及胞体比正常组明显增多,染包增强;两组的面积,灰度及光密度参数值亦有显著性差异(P 值<0.01)。结论:NO在门脉高压性肠道功能异常中具有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the possible role of nitric oxide (NO) in the dysfunction of portal hypertensive intestinal tract cirrhosis. Methods: Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the colon and ileum of normal and cirrhotic rats was localized by histochemical method with NADPH-d, Image measurement methods NOS quantitative analysis of intestinal wall in two groups of rats. RESULTS: The NOS positive fibers and cell bodies in the colon and ileum of cirrhotic rats were significantly increased compared with those in the normal control group, and the dyed bags were enhanced. The area, gray and optical density parameters of the two groups were also significantly different (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: NO plays a role in portal hypertensive intestinal dysfunction.
