肝包虫病又称肝棘球蚴病。是人畜共患的自然疫源性疾病 ,早期症状和体征轻微不典型 ,加之牧区卫生条件受限 ,不易早期发现 ,若囊肿破入腹腔并发肠瘘 ,死亡率高 ,我院于 1985年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月在收治的肝包虫病中并发肠瘘者 5例。1 临床资料5例均为藏族 ,男性 4例 ,女性
