目的:考察注射用还原型谷胱甘肽和注射用奥扎格雷钠与5%木糖醇注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:在25℃和35℃条件下将注射用还原型谷胱甘肽和注射用奥扎格雷钠分别与5%木糖醇注射液配伍,在10 h内观察配伍液的外观、检测配伍液的pH,用HPLC测定谷胱甘肽和奥扎格雷的相对含量。结果:在25℃和35℃下配伍10h内还原型谷胱甘肽含量>98.4%、奥扎格雷含量>97.9%,外观和配伍液pH无明显变化。结论:注射用还原型谷胱甘肽和注射用奥扎格雷钠分别与5%木糖醇注射液10h内配伍稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatibility of reduced glutathione for injection and ozagrel sodium for injection with 5% xylitol injection. METHODS: Reduced glutathione for injection and ozagrel sodium for injection were respectively matched with 5% xylitol injection at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃. The appearance of compatibility solution was observed within 10 h. PH, the relative content of glutathione and ozagrel measured by HPLC. Results: The content of glutathione reduced to 98.4% and the content of ozagrel was more than 97.9% within 10 hours at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃. The appearance and the pH of the compatibility solution did not change significantly. Conclusion: Both glutathione for injection and ozagrel sodium for injection are compatible with 5% xylitol injection within 10 hours respectively.
