目的:观察蛇黄肝炎汤含药血清对环磷酰胺致免疫抑制模型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制模型大鼠,制备免疫抑制大鼠脾T淋细胞及腹腔巨噬细胞,采用MTT法检测蛇黄肝炎汤含药血清对脾T淋巴细胞增殖及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:不同浓度含药血清均能协同有丝分裂原ConA刺激免疫抑制大鼠脾T淋巴细胞的增殖,并可明显促进免疫抑制模型大鼠PMφ吞噬能力。结论:蛇黄肝炎汤含药血清可通过增强机体免疫功能,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Serum containing snake Huangganyan on immune function in immunosuppressive model induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods: Immunosuppressive rats were established by injection of cyclophosphamide to prepare splenic T lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages in immunosuppressed rats. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of splenic T lymphocytes and proliferation of peritoneal macrophages The effect of phagocytosis. Results: The serum containing different concentrations of ConA in combination with mitogen ConA stimulated spleen T lymphocyte proliferation in immunosuppressed rats, and could significantly promote PMφ phagocytosis in immunosuppressed rats. Conclusion: Serum containing Snake Huanggan decoction can exert anti-tumor effect by enhancing immune function.
