目的了解新疆生产建设兵团农八师石河子医疗机构法定传染病报告管理中存在的问题,提出针对性整改措施,掌握各类法定传染病报告质量及漏报情况,以便提高疫情报告质量和水平,使传染病报告管理更加科学、规范、有效。方法按照兵团疾病预防控制中心统一印制的调查表,对抽取的兵团农八师石河子7家医疗机构进行漏报调查分析。结果 2011年兵团农八师石河子医疗机构法定传染病总漏报率为0.00%;传染病报告卡的报告率、及时录入率、纸质卡完整率、一致性率分别为100.00%、94.77%、98.04%和72.55%。结论兵团农八师石河子医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告管理工作开展得较好,但仍存在一定问题,应加强内部制度管理,切实做好疫情报告的综合管理。
Objective To understand the problems existing in the management of notifiable infectious diseases reported by Xinjiang Nongbazhi Hospital of Nongbai-Shih Shih-Shih Medical Institution and put forward some corrective measures to improve the quality and level of reporting of all notifiable infectious diseases in order to improve the quality and level of reporting of epidemics. Infectious disease report management is more scientific, standardized and effective. Methods According to the questionnaire unified printed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Corps, seven medical institutions of Nongba Bishi, Shihezi, which were taken from Corps, were investigated and analyzed. Results The total omission rate of legal notifiable infectious diseases of Shihezi Medical Corps in N8A in 2011 was 0.00%. The report rate, timely entry rate, completeness rate and 100% consistency rate of infectious card were 100.00%, 94.77% 98.04% and 72.55%. Conclusion Corps N8 workers Shihezi medical institutions in the reporting and management of notifiable infectious diseases carried out well, but there are still some problems, we should strengthen the internal system management, and earnestly do a good job in the comprehensive management of epidemic reports.
