在全国农作物品种审定委员会的组织和安排下,1986年9月19日～20日,马铃薯专业组在哈尔滨市召开了工作会议。这次会议的主要任务是,审(认)定1986年申报的马铃薯品种。出席会议人员有甘薯、马铃薯审定组组长盛家廉,副组长毕为人,顾问杨洪祖,委员滕宗璠、刘诚、唐洪明,东北、华北片区试主持单位代表暴成光、郭振国、李宝树,东北农学院代表陈伊里以及黑龙江省种子公司副经理杨艾茹,全国种子总站叶超林,共12人。会议根据《全国农作物品种审定试行条件》和1984年郑州审定会议确定的审(认)定品种
Under the organization and arrangement of the National Crop Variety Approval Committee, the potato professional group held a working conference in Harbin from September 19 to September 20, 1986.
