沁阳市人民法院现有干警82名,11个内设机构,4个中心法庭。辖区共有16个乡(镇)、办事处,人口43万。近年来,该院以邓小平理论为指针,紧紧围绕党的中心工作,在当地党委和人大的正确领导和监督下,认真行使宪法和法律赋予的审判权力,为当地的改革开放、经济建设和社会稳定提供了有力的司法保障和法律服务。先后5次被河南省高级人民法院记集体二等功,4次被河南省高级人民法院评为争创“四最”法院活动先进单位,1次被河南省政法委评为“一学两争”先进集体;1998年10月,被最高法院授予“全国优秀法院”荣誉称号;1名干警被最高法院授予“全国法院模范”荣誉称号;64人(次)分别受到省、市(地)级表彰。
