我厂1978年投入使用的原料场露天栈桥轨道全长220米,跨度25.5米,轨面标高10.2米,使用P43钢轨;上有3台5吨双梁抓斗吊车.由于施工质量及维修等方面的原因,已有将近一半的轨道压板松动、后移,导致整个轨道联结不直,上下起伏,吊车经过时,左右摇晃,甚至多次出现卡车现象.不仅影响生产,而且潜伏严重隐患.过去几次维修采用钢轨下加橡胶运输带垫板的方法整平,效益较差.这次在不影响生产的情况下不动钢轨,不重新抹混凝土找平层,而用钢性垫板代替弹性垫板,并对钢轨压板采取限位的方法改造轨道,获得了成功.
