班级是学校学生学习的基础单位,班级管理的好坏是学生健康成长的关键。班干部在班级中十分重要,班干部是学校的希望、班主任的助手、同学们的榜样,是学生群体的骨干力量,也是班级组成的核心。所以班主任培养好班干部的能力,想办法引导好班干部的工作,使班干部在班级管理的过程中树立起自己的威信,是中职班主任工作的重要任务。
Class is the basic unit of school students learning, class management is the key to the healthy growth of students.
