翻译的语言学途径主要是指两种语言的对比,即原文与译文的对比。英译汉的一切翻译理论,方法和技巧都建立在英汉两种语言的对比上。因此,对于翻译实践来说,对比英汉两种语言的异同,尤其是相异之处,从而掌握它们的特点是十分重要的。通过对比,掌握两种语言的特点,在翻译时就可以自觉地运用这些特点,还可以使我们重视一切难译的地方,认真研究同一思想内容如何用不同语言形式来表达的问题。在英汉翻译的语言学
The linguistic approach to translation mainly refers to the contrast between the two languages, that is, the comparison between the original text and the translated text. All translation theories, methods and techniques of English-Chinese translation are based on the contrast between English and Chinese.
