用SAP5程序进行结构强度分析,在处理铁道车辆车体钢结构板与梁的连接时,单靠主从节点不能解决问题,必须用到伪单元。采用板、梁单元离散车辆结构能较精确地和原型相拟合,不仅提高了计算精度,还节约了机时。但由于伪单元刚度值的选取缺乏依椐,再加上源程序中有关伪单元的部分还存在一些问题,致使在工程实践中末能用这种单元来联系不同类型的实体单元。本文对伪单元应用中出现的问题进行了阐述和分析,提出在铁道车辆车体钢结构上用伪单元连接板、梁单元时,d大可取为(EJ)/L;并建立了伪单元刚度矩阵的通式,对程序错误之处也作了修改。所有理论分析的结论均通过计算与试验之对比给予了验证。
Using SAP5 program for structural strength analysis, when dealing with the connection between the steel plate of the railway vehicle body and the beam, the master-slave node alone can not solve the problem and the dummy unit must be used. Using plate, beam unit discrete vehicle structure can be more accurately fitted with the prototype, not only improves the calculation accuracy, but also save machine time. However, due to the lack of selection of the pseudo-unit stiffness value, there are still some problems in the pseudo-unit part of the source program, which makes it impossible to use the unit to contact different types of entity units in engineering practice. In this paper, the problems in the application of the pseudo-unit are described and analyzed. The conclusions of all the theoretical analyzes are verified by comparison of calculation and experiment.
