政府采购是我国财政改革的一项重要内容,是市场经济条件下规范政府消费行为,抑制腐败的有效手段。但现行的政府采购在实施过程中仍存在监管不到位、操作不规范、效率低下等问题。本文分析了政府采购实施过程中存在的问题并对如何解决这些问题进行了探索。
Government procurement is an important part of China’s fiscal reform and an effective measure to standardize the government’s consumption behavior and curb corruption in the market economy. However, the current government procurement in the implementation process there is still not in place, the operation is not standardized, inefficient and other issues. This article analyzes the problems existing in the process of government procurement and explores how to solve these problems.
