高校音乐教育专业对培养目标的要求与学生基础水平参差不齐的矛盾,在一定程度上影响了学生的培养质量。对于如何全面提高学生的水平和素质,笔者结合声乐教学,对不同程度的学生,从思想认识、教学方法、教学内容、舞台表演及社会实践、综合素质的培养等方面,探讨了怎样有效地开展针对性教学,以期增强教学效果,提高教学质量,促进学生全面发展。
