锂和锶的含量作为矿泉水的特定指标之一,国标火焰原子吸收法测锂以加入钾、钠产生增感效应进行测定.但由于大量钾、钠吸入燃烧器,使测定钾、钠时空白值增高,对钠干扰尤为严重.因此,用表面活性剂乳化剂OP作增感剂,同时对国标法锂、锶测定时不同的前处理方法改为同一的前处理方法,测定矿泉水中锂和锶的含量,取得了较为满意的结果.1 实验部分11 仪器 WFX-lB 型原子吸收分光光度计(北京第二光学仪器厂),锂、锶空心阴级灯.1、2 试剂 1000μg/L锂标准溶液(GSBG2001—90),1000μg/L锶标准溶液(GSBG6231—90)、500g/L乳化剂聚乙醇辛基苯基醚(Op)溶液、50mg/ml镧溶液.1.3 实验方法1.3.1仪器分析条件 锂:波长 670.8 mm,元素灯5mA,能量 80%,狭缝 0.5nm,乙炔流量 1.7L/min,空气流量 4.5 L/min.锶:波长 460.7mm,元素灯4mA,氖灯100mA,能量75%,乙炔流量1、71L/min,空气流量4.5L/min.
