广东省佛山市顺德区“容桂镇的华口小学、马冈小学、海尾小学”因规模小且远离镇中心,而成为教研力量比较薄弱的学校。特别是同年级、同学科的教师少,甚至有些学科一个年级只有一个教师,遇到教学问题找个商量的人都难,再加上远离城区,时常游离于街道教研之外,造成了教师们“我的课堂我做主”。这种自我封闭式教学,逐步让课堂教学成为低效率、无质量的代名词。其他教学科研也一事无成。三校的部分教师觉得在这样小校工作没兴趣,会荒废
