In recent years, some scholars have been concerned about the disciplinary crisis of literature and art. However, few scholars have done deep attention and reflection on the contemporary crisis of Marxist literary theory. In fact, the crisis of Marxist literary theory is at the center of the literary arts crisis. This is because, compared with other disciplines, literary and art disciplines, as the imported goods of the former Soviet Union, have an unparalleled political status in contemporary China. In short, in the first 30 years of socialist literature education, literature and art disciplines have obvious political features. It is this political nature that makes this subject no longer merely a literature study
